What is your guarantee/returns policy?
If within 14 days of receiving your order you are not satisfied with a product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss a replacement or refund.
What is the difference between print size and image size?
Print size refers to the dimensions of the paper sheet that the image is printed on including the white borders. Image size refers to the dimensions of just the printed image and does not include the white border around the outside of the image.
What is a giclee print?
Giclee prints are created using the Giclee printing process which uses a very sophisticated digital printer to deliver a fine stream of ink onto archival paper. The resulting print has extremely fine colour fidelity and exceptional detail that is suitable for museum and gallery display. All prints are hand signed.
How do I unpack and store my fine art prints?
Fine art prints should preferably be stored flat if possible. For shipping purposes prints are loosely rolled but should spring open to nearly flat when unpackaged. If they are left rolled for a long period of time they may develop a strong curl – if necessary they can be de-curled by placing them on a clean flat surface and held down by weights, such as books, for at least 24 hours.
Jonesthepainter products are priced in New Zealand dollars. You can convert the prices into your own currency using the currency converter in the sidebar, however all purchases will still be processed in New Zealand Dollars.
What are your delivery fees?
Shipping is free for all orders anywhere in the world, however the purchaser is responsible for any tax or duty imposed by the Customs Department in the destination country.
How long does delivery take?
All prints are currently in stock if they are shown as available on the website. Shipping within New Zealand is sent via NZ Post's ParcelPost network for delivery in 1-3 working days. Shipping for all other countries is sent via AirMail with a target delivery time of 5-10 working days.
