One of the great privileges of being an artist is seeing a painting begin its life in the studio and eventually continue its journey in someone else’s home. Every finished work carries months of planning, countless hours at the easel, and a story that becomes part of my own journey as a painter.
Earlier this year, I released the four original paintings completed during 2025: The Imposter, Destination Unknown, Odyssey To The Stars, and Rooftop Regatta. I am delighted to share that three of these four paintings have already found new homes.
To everyone who has purchased an original painting, thank you. Your support means far more than simply acquiring a piece of art. It allows me to continue doing what I love every day, to keep exploring new ideas, and to devote the time each painting deserves. Creating only four large paintings each year is a deliberate choice. It gives me the freedom to work patiently, refining each composition until it feels complete, rather than rushing to meet deadlines.
Although three paintings have now sold, Odyssey To The Stars remains available. It will be exhibited alongside my newest work at Parnell Gallery from 18 February to 4 March 2027, providing one final opportunity to view the complete 2025 collection together.
My attention has now turned fully to the next body of work. The paintings I complete during 2026 are already taking shape in the studio and will be unveiled for the first time at my solo exhibition at Parnell Gallery. Opening night will be held on Thursday, 18 February 2027, and I look forward to welcoming collectors, friends, and visitors to share these new paintings with you.
Each exhibition marks another milestone in my ongoing 1–100 project, a personal apprenticeship that has been evolving one painting at a time since 2009. Looking back over the collection is a reminder that every painting records a moment in time, an idea explored, or a memory preserved. Looking ahead, there are still many stories waiting to be told on canvas.
